Blacksmithing Classes for Students - EFA Approved

We are excited to offer blacksmithing classes for students age 10-18. These are 2-hour sessions, with the option to combine 1, 2, 3 ,or 5 sessions at a time. 

***These classes can be paid for by using EFA funds if you are an approved family in the Arkansas EFA program (see how below). 

Class Details: 

• One-on-one forging instruction from J. M. Stevens.
• Classes are scheduled in 2-hr sessions, but can be combined into multiple/day.
• No prior forging experience needed for any class. 
• Classes will be scheduled once payment is received. 
• Classes take place at our forge in Maumelle, AR. 
• A digitally signed liability waiver is required before classes can begin. 
• IF YOUR STUDENT WANTS TO MAKE A KNIFE, that is only offered in the Advanced Forging class, as it requires the time provided in that class. 
• Be sure to follow Step 2 below.
