We are excited to offer blacksmithing kits for students who are taking our Blacksmithing Classes. There are 3 options, Full Beginner Set, Forge Only, and Tools Only. See graphic for details.
***These kits can be paid for by using EFA funds if you are an approved family in the Arkansas EFA program (see how below).
Kit Details:
- Full Beginner Set includes: Custom-built small propane forge with propane torch head and hose (parent to provide 20 lb propane bottle), tongs, anvil, and cross peen hammer.
- Forge Only Set includes: Custom-built small propane forge with propane torch head and hose (parent to provide 20 lb propane bottle).
- Tools Only Set includes: Tongs, anvil, and cross peen hammer.
- Forge dimensions: 6 1/8”L X 4”W X 6” outside, 2.5” x 2”x 5.5” inside
Parents will need to supply a 20-lb propane tank and any personal protection gear (such as safety glasses and gloves) since these are not one-size-fits-all.
Kits are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Maumelle, AR. Due to the weight and size, we will not be shipping these items. All kit pieces and components are NON-REFUNDABLE.
